About Yatmo
What helps someone choose a home beyond price, floor area and photos? That question became Yatmo’s neighbourhood data and mapping business.
Our origins
Denis Huvelle started Pivimmo, a Belgian property-search project built to help people find and compare homes.
The project took the Yatmo name. At that time, Yatmo was a property portal where buyers searched for a home.
Denis Massion joined Denis Huvelle as his business partner. Together, they developed the portal and its focus on the surroundings of each property.
Our portal let buyers explore listings and nearby places on the same map, and refine their search using location criteria such as motorway access.
Conversations with real estate companies led us to pivot from running a property portal to supplying neighbourhood data to other platforms. Today, that expertise powers our maps, APIs, local content and MCP server.
What guides the product
We choose and structure information around questions people ask when evaluating a home.
Our customers should not have to build the entire collection, structuring and delivery chain themselves.
A map, a summary and an AI assistant use location information differently. We provide several ways to integrate the data.
Based in Brussels
Denis Huvelle and Denis Massion lead Yatmo. We work with portals, software vendors and agency networks to fit neighbourhood information into their products.
