Implementation guide
Choose the output your visitors need, integrate it with your property coordinates and plan the cases where information is missing.
Decision 1
Start with the experience, then choose the integration. A ready-made map, a custom amenities list and published neighbourhood text need different outputs.

Map documentationPlaces
Use Points for places in an area and Summary for address-based context and travel information.
Summary documentationText
Use the text output to add a readable neighbourhood section.
Local content productDecision 2
A precise result starts with a precise property location. Coordinates at a municipality centre can produce a valid response about the wrong place.
Decision 3
Interactive maps belong in the browser. Data you use for filtering can live with your listing records. Local text intended for visitors and search can be rendered as part of your page.
When you store API responses, define a refresh policy. The content you cached describes the data returned at that time; it does not update itself.
A walking time and a driving time answer different questions. Display the mode next to the value. Do not estimate a route distance from a straight line between coordinates.
Before rollout
Include urban and rural addresses, the languages you publish and cases with sparse data. Review the content on mobile and in your real listing templates.
Then assess whether the information helps people evaluate the property. Use your own analytics for engagement and enquiries rather than assuming an uplift.
